Having ordered my Father's headstone from Select memorials we waited patiently for 12 weeks before we started to call and email, a couple of calls answered and excuses given but for the last four weeks the phone hasn't been answered. The have been suspended for the British Association of Memorial Masons because of similar complaints and I understand trading standards in Lincolnshire are involved. This is a UK wide on line site not just Lincolnshire - you can order and pay on-line, they do appear to be slightly cheaper than others but please don't be tempted. My 79 year old step-mum is distraught and I have to tell her that there's no headstone and a refund is looking very unlikely. Please do not use this company.
