No registration key / number sent or not recieved

I have payed over the Internet for a Computer Program REGWORK-UNLIMITED SCANS & FIXING OF COMPUTER ERRORS

and I have not received my registration key back by email to activate it. The payment was payed to clickbank on the 28 Jan from my paypal account.

And I do not seem to be getting any help from REGWORK
