I've just read a review that explains why my father's headstone cannot be installed after I paid my deposit of £300 to JG Memorials back in October.
JG memorials took my deposit and after delays in communications, I eventually found that any emails I was sending were bouncing and I was unable to reach them on the phone. They failed to respond to any letters.
The address I have on an email from them differs from what I am seeing online; I had it as:
JG Memorials, Eaudyke Road, Friskney, Lincolnshire, PE22 8RT, which was not the registered address.
Looking at the online complaints since, I see that the company has relisted as Orchid Memorials and still getting complaints for non-delivery of goods.
