My partner and I have made an application to let one of the properties being managed by tucker and Gardner Cambridge. The agent assigned to us was the least helpful of all and has given us false information, reassuring us that everything was in place. Leading us to paying the fees and was later on told that the application was denied. The agent admitted she has misinformed us and claimed that she was unaware of the implications. This now has caused us in the middle of a flat full of moving boxes with nowhere to move a month to leave our current home and a chunk of money lost.
