I purchased a memory foam mattress topper on Saturday 3rd Feb. I opened it today Sunday 4th Feb and where it was folded it has a mound of foam that goes into a peak and will not yield! I paid £139.99 for this topper and can say I am thoroughly disappointed. As a single parent I struggled to lift this item and therefore will find it near impossible to place it back in its box. Therefore I will need some form of collection arranged and a non faulty replacement in king size as I had purchased! I rang the customer services number found on website and was told to hold as all personnel were busy on other calls at 9.30pm. I am therefore without a matteress topper and a means to return it without breaking my back in the process. Many thanks. Lianne Budden
