Unprofessional, no integrity, and immoral

I would advise anybody looking to rent a property to look elsewhere - no matter how nice the property, or how well priced. I lived for a year with a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling, and for months with a leaking dishwasher and a host of other maintenance issues. The maintenace team make up a different story each time you contact them (they especially love sending people round to complete a quote for repair work but then never actually having the repairs carried out). Their teams are poorly educated with regard to tenants legal rights and they operate under the assumption tenants will have neither the money or time to pursue them through the courts. I actually ended up having legal counsel in order to leave the property. Having lived in London and elsewhere in the UK I have dealt with many agents - centrick are by far the worst.
