Hi I have visited odds farm today and I was very dispointed in staff I had to face today as I am a regular customer never had no problems before. There had a mistake made by the girl called jascia who took the payment she had charged me for one extra adult ticket when I looked at my recipe I whent back to jascia for a refund she said she was unable to help me and she can't do anything so I asked for the manger called James when I told him the problem he was very rude to me and was not interested in my problem I asked him to check the CCTV and give me a refund which he could not be bothered to do and just kept on telling me I can't do anything. I am so not happy the way I was spoken to by the staff and the rudeness I had to face and pay for one extra adult ticket which is a waste of money for me. After what happend today I will not go back there aver. I would really appreciate it if you can take this futher many thx.
