Misinformation, hidden terms, abdication of care, refusal to put things right

Bought a Maxi Cosi FeroFix car seat for my 3 year old boy. Blue in colour. Website pics showed it had white circles embroidered on one side of the seat.

It turned up and these were bright pink.

I asked Bambino Direct to swap it.

Still waiting for an official response, burt a customer service chap - David - said one of his colleagues has advised him that it will be classed as an unwanted item. They take no responsibility for pictures showing one thing and them sending you another.

He pointed to the terms and conditions on the website, which are hidden under a section "For any enquires regarding purchases for commercial use please read our terms." the word terms is a link on the website. The seat was not for commercial use.

They are a rip off - under no circumstances use them. Also the seat took weeks to arrive,
