My Partner lives in Upton upon severn in the Marina wr8 0pb She has been waiting for post from the probate service for for over a month they have sent the paperwork twice now and she's not received that mail either. I need this investigating ASAP as this paperwork is important as the post seems to getting lost or not being Delivered.
She had an incident were her son sent her a Christmas Card in the post early December 2024 it turned 3rd week January 2025 which I find outrageous. So can you find why the post to Upton Marina is always or never getting there. I Will need to take it further if can't resolve it
