On the 22nd of August I was sat watching tv when I went to the door because a parcel rom amazon arrived, I picked it up and noticed a card from royal mail had been posted through, this was to state they could not deliver another parcel as it required a signature, The post person did not ring my bell or knock on the door, he just posted the card and went, I feel this may be because it was raining, I have now got to wait until tomorrow 23.08.16 before I can collect my parcel, this is a birthday present for a family member who can not have this on the day of her birthday, this is extremely annoying because I deliberately waited in for this parcel. I am very upset and annoyed about this and await your response.
