Whoever delivers to 11a Hardwick Mount
Post person did not knock or ring bell before leaving a card

I have just received a "we missed you" card through my door with the time written on it stating the delivery person arrived 12 minutes ago (10am). I have been sitting in my house waiting for this delivery within earshot of the door since 7.30am this morning. The delivery person clearly did not knock or ring the bell and instead has just put a card through the door. This is not the first time this has happened and it is very frustrating as now I have to take more time off to go and collect the item.
