In June I purchased three bundles of Remmy hair, a closure and foam lotion from Pak Cosmetics. I had two options of choosing what kind of mail would I have liked and I chose the tracking option for mail.
After a month I couldn't track my parcel, so I called them and I was told on the day of my purchase the mail company was off line.
Three months in and my parcel hadn't arrived so I wrote a lot of emails to enquire. I was sent a form to fill in and mail back from South Africa to the UK. They acknowledged receipt and said they would get back to me, and they haven't.
Needless to say, to this day I haven't received my fully paid for parcel!
