Replies from White Label Dating insist that NO REFUND will be paid - their reasons are RIDICULOUS. I asked WHY they have tick boxes? Example: ONE MONTH - THREE MONTHS - SIX MONTHS. When THREE MONTHS is ticked - that's what it means, three months. They again took R115 off of my account on the 17th May. How clever of them as they say they operate an "automatic re-billing" system?!? I asked them why this isn't stated plainly on the Site of SA Senior Dating. I am continuing to ask for a refund, which now totals over R1500. This despicable crowd are not replying. BEWARE: Do not subscribe to SA Senior Dating. They are VERY VERY quick to deduct monies from peoples accounts, but they cannot CANCEL after the THREE-MONTH block has been ticked.
