There are a lot of cases where yahoo are suspending peoples email account and they are not given any explanation for their actions and are simply getting out of giving explanations by quoting their 'tos'
i held an account with yahoo for ten years then after changing my password i found no matter how many times i tried with the new password i couldn't log in.
i went to the reset form and it told me to contact customer services. i contacted them and was told that the account was locked, i was given no explantion and redirected to report abuse but as no one had done anything then i thought why am i filling out this form.
in respect of that there was no abuse i sent an email to yahoo and was told that my old account had been suspended.
i have asked 3 times for an explanation and each time i am fobbed off and quoted 'tos'.
as this yahoo 'tos' is miles long and i have no idea of what violation i might of committed. it seems to be a shamble if you haven't done anything wrong for an account which has been held for so long to be stopped and further more in ten years i haven't received one warning!
in my eyes yahoo have no respect and are disgraceful if they can't provide a simple explanation to stopping someone's account after holding it for so long.
if you are a representive of yahoo why would you be suspending so many peoples accounts without any form of explanation. yahoo to hide behind 'tos' is not acceptable and people are owed decent, honest explanations as to why their accounts are been suspended
