They stole my card information and they are using that to steal from me. *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account that someone wrongfully takes it from you!

My MasterCard statement shows a charge for $39.95 from IPP SYST GRP 866-629-8124 GBR that I did not authorize. They stole my card information and they are using that to steal from me. I am cancelling my card.
