I placed an order with this company at the end of November, at which time it did state they were having a sale and orders may take longer to dispatch than normal so I was not unduly worried when it still had not arrived after a couple of weeks, however, once Christmas had passed and it was suddenly the 28th of December and I had paid for it over 4 weeks ago I contacted them via email and got no respose whatsoever. I was patient and thought well it has been christmas etc, so I called them up, spoke to a woman and she said sorry would get the order put out straight away. Well it's now the 13th of January and I still do not have my goods they won't answer their telephone and I am £40 down. If they don't respond to today's request for a full refund I will be contacting Trading Standards/Consumer Direct. I placed a similar order with another company yesterday and the order has come first thing this morning, my warning don't use ModScraps and don't believe the comments on their website that people have received goods within 48 hours!!! Disgusting customer service, should be struck off!!!
