Error in Pricing!
Two weeks ago I paid for tickets to see a show in Oct but have just received an email from Ticketline saying that "due to a technical error in pricing" I need to pay an extra £20 per ticket to keep the seats! I am very surprised that Ticketline have the right to alter the terms of our contract AFTER they have taken my money - imagine if everybody could do that and simply asked for more money every time a deal had been done! Surely general laws re sale of goods should apply?
