Like many other people who've purchased this product I ordered the supposedly free trail on the basis of all the media attention and reviews it was given... none mentioned it was a clever scam to rip people off!! You may as well have given them your bank card with your pin to help themselves!!
Has anyone been refunded???
I have contacted pro cleanse gold via email [email protected] and I've received a reply:
"Thank you for your email. And we apologies for the inconvenience you had.
We've looked into the matter and confirm that we've charged you only £ 5.49 for the postage and packaging of your free trial offer. We suggest you to contact your bank and ask them for the transaction confirmation numbers also send us a scanned copy of your bank statement which clearly shows the charges that have been made to your account.
This will help us to investigate your matter more quickly".

I thought I was only paying for the posting and packing of the item £5.49 on the 27th Sept and that was all, if I had known it was all a clever deceitful deceiving marketing tactic and would I stopped right there and then before typing in my bank card details. (HBOS)
I cancelled the subscription which I had no idea that a was being conned into on the 4/5th Oct well within the cancellation period and received an email confirming cancellation of subscription.
The first charge I saw on our joint account was on the 5th Oct for £3.87 PURECLEANSE DALMA which was taken in US dollars which I thought was odd as I assumed this was a UK company. On the 15th Oct a further 58.39 was taken from my account without my consent or authorization which I just saw today.
I of course contacted our bank and put a block on my card only to be advised that this would make little diffrence as they could still take payments from our account which I find unbelievable but it seem quite a common event for the information I was supplied. I was advised I would have to close our account and reopen another account. I have closed the account to safe guard us from any further money being taken... I say this word but refer to what Dick Turpin use to do.
I will not be making the same mistake again without checking the company out and reading reviews.
I'm paying dearly for the trust I placed in this disgraceful company (Value Pricing Distributors Ltd) after reading all the other complaints and truly wonder how they are allow to trade.
