It' s about B2 dating site which offered a free £5 trial; but £150 was taken out of my account. I wrote to them but got caught in the small print so did not get my money back. After 3-6 months they just taken another £150/ although i have cancelled my account according to the procedure they sent me via email so that no further charges will be made. I tried to log in to check if i made any mistake but would not allow me as i am not a member and haven't been for the last 3-4 months. I do not know what and how i can get my money back... any help.
