I will feel sorry for whoever traveling to Kampala and is planing to stay in Excellent Hotel Kampala.
The place is too noisy day and night, customer service has never been in this Hotel, i spent 13days and nights with my wife, but we were like staying in a jungle, i needed a blaster when my wife stepped on a metal and she was bleeding, they did not have a first Aid box, after about 10minutes, i was given a blaster, i asked the staff to help me with something to cut the blaster short, the staff asked me if she can get me a knife from their kitchen.in this Hotel, it's not first come first serve, a staff deals with two customers at ago.
There was a time when i went out to have dinner with my wife, we lost our room key, when we came back, we spoke too the staff on duty who told us that the person who had the spare key was out of the country, that means he had gone with the spare key, she asked me what i was going to do, i told her fine, iwill go out and look for a Hotel to sleep, my wife is on medication, she did not take her medication that night, anyway the staff gave us a duty small room where we spent the night, the next day, the manager came in, relaxed watching Tv, when i asked the day staff, she told me as how the manager has been informed and that he was going to find away, when i spoke to the manager at around 9am, he promised to work on our problem in the next few minutes, in this situation, i understood it that both the manager and some of his staff were lairs, saying different statements. It was not enough for the manager, he decided to hide himself until i asked the day staff to show me where the manager had gone, she took me in one room where i found the manager hiding. At 11;27am, he came out and opened the door and said that we did a mistake to misplace the key. I don't know who will ever help to teach the managerial and the staff members what customer service means.
