Can someone tell me why you repeatedly close your toilet facilities on the forecourts of your watford gap service area north & southbound at night time...??? Do you think nightshift workers don't need to use them ...??? I'm a truck driver & regularly use your services & am usually on a strict time scale, so using the toilets in the main building is just too time consuming... It would appear you want the toilets nice & clean for your day shift customers & sod night shift they can go without...!!! I shop elsewhere when i see the toilets closed, your not having my money if you can't lay on basic services...!!! I doubt very much that anything will come of this complaint but i feel better for venting my spleen, it's been going on for years now... NOT GOOD ENOUGH...!!!
