Ecieving invoices i have already paid and have also closed my account. Cant get through to anyone over the phone either

I ORDERED BOOKS FROM BOOKS FOR CHILDREN, THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED THE PETER RABBIT BOOK SET OF 14 BOOKS, BUT I ONLY RECIEVED 12 AND HAD TO PAY EXTRA POSTAGE AND PACKAGING FOR THE REST TO BE DELIVERED. THE SECOND TIME I CALLED THE BOOK COMPANY TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND THEY SAID I HAD TO BUY 3 BOOKS FOR ME TO CLOSE IT WHICH I THOUGHT WAS REDICULOUS! I PAID FOR THEM THEN I GET A INVOICE AFTER I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT SAYING I OWE £26. I am trying to call everyday to get through to them but nobody seems to ever pick up the phone. This company has given me nothing but grief!
