My partner has had 2 monthly payments of £19.95 taken from her account and she is upset as it is her benefit money and has left her very short she is proceeding claims via the bank and her solicitor and wants this money to be debited back into her account as A..S.A.P as she is really not happy as neither myself or my partner have signed up for this!!!
