Just to let you know that I received an email today and they are going to refund my money... its the usual standard letter sent to all those who get their money back (see below). Just have to wait for about 5 days now to see if it actually lands back in my account!
Then starts the campaign... exposure, exposure exposure!
Good luck to everyone trying to get their money back. Persistence is the word. DON'T GIVE UP!!!
