I took part in the trial of ProCleanse in August and on checking my bank statement discovered I had been debited £112.50 on 12 September - when I called today to cancel the autoshipment I was told I had been charged for 3 products. In the pack I received two bottles of tablets and one empty pack of patches. This company needs to be closed down - nowhere does it make clear that you will be charged for 3 items. When I informed them that the pack was empty I was told to obtain a form from Post Office and state that one item was missing and they would investigate the Royal Mail! The pack arrived undamaged and unopened so therefore how can it possibly be a fault of the Royal Mail. I said this to the customer service adviser and he informed me that this was the process before I could obtain a refund. Another scam on their part. I will do my utmost to advise everyone I possibly can never to deal with this company and am taking action to prevent this happening to other unsuspecting prospective clients. Sick to the back teeth of companies like this and there attitude.
