Have only recently noticed that a monthly fee of £14.95 has been coming out of my account for the past 10 months. I never signed up to this website, and definitely did not enter any of my details. On phoning them, they say that they have got my details from me manually entering them myself, but confirmed that I have never used their services... even in their "10 day free trial" period. Now why would I sign up and not use their services... EVER?! I also never recieved any e-mails from them to confirm my sign up even though they state they have sent them (I still have all my e-mails since January!). I am going to follow this up as now they owe me nearly £150. This is a definite scam!
