My friend and i booked aholiday to lanzerote for the 11 sept back in may payment was paid in full on that day of booking and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that no payment had been maid to the hotel. I rang the number provided by roomsnet.com for an emergancy but no one answered even though it is advertised on their websit as 24 hours help line. When you do eventually get through to the number it gives you a message saying noone is available to take call at the moment so leave a message i lef about 10 messages i also emailed and sent a fax. According to their website they are a registered company but it seems that they are not trust worthy. My friend and i had to pay again for the accomadation.
