I have booked our family's entire month long, frequent stop trip through Asia with [URL Removed] and every time I contact them about something good I get an immediate response. When something goes wrong however, it's a different story! I found a better rate for our hotel in Thailand (through Agoda) and even though I can PROVE that I can get a better price than [URL Removed] they are refusing to acknowledge it.
In addition, they booked us into a so-called 4 sleeper room at the Novotel Saigon and when we got there we were dismayed to see only 2 single beds!? How is a family of 4 meant to fit into that? Needless to say, we've been here for an (uncomfortable) night already but have not heard a word from [URL Removed] despite the fact I contacted them at 11am yesterday.
I guess this is the problem with dealing with a faceless company (especially when the face they do present
shielded by their website is a smiley false one!)
So much for best price guarantees and customer service! I will be booking with Agoda next time.
