We booked a hotel in Mallorca with Roomsnet.com and paid over £450 on credit card, when we arrived at the hotel we were told the room had been cancelled becuase they had not received payment from Roomsnet.com. We exhausted all avenues trying to contact them, they do not answer their phones or reply to e mails. We contacted a relative in the UK who also tried and got an e mail off them saying the problem was due to a system error and that they would refund us the full amount which would take 5 working days to be re-credited to our credit card, they also advised us to pay the hotel directly. We paid another £400 to the hotel as we were left with no alternative, when we got home surprise, surprise - no refund had been made on the credit card. We have spent a fortune on phone calls from abroad trying to contact them and what should have been a stress free holiday was completely the opposite. We are now trying to get our money back through the credit card, can anybody give me the phone number for this Amanda woman and any more information.
