I recieved a badly damaged tea set and phoned to get details on how to return it. I was told to return by recorded or special delivery only then to phone with the barcode and they will refund my postage. The return postage cost £8.97, I phoned with the barcode and told them this. I was told that amounts above £7.50 would require a copy of the receipt so I faxed this the next day. To cut a long story short I have phoned seven times, sent two emails (both ignored) and faxed the receipt successfully twice (they told me the first must have gone missing) I was given a second fax number which is unobtainable and it has now been six weeks with no sign of a refund.
