Hello i hope you can help me i won an item and paid for this item ID 162506 with swoopo.co.uk item paid for 30th March 09
total cost £106 since then i have sent several emails and getting nowere, today i telephoned, swoopo Entertainment Shopping AG 08702405265, i had to ask for swoopo buisness i spoke to a chap called James (refused too give me his surname), i explained my problems item not recieved after 23 days still. he said he would phone me back in 1 hr, after 21/2 hours i telephoned again, was told he had tried to phone the suppliers www.techsplosion.co.uk, but couldnt get a response from them and he had emailed them aswell to no avail, told me he would supply me with the details how too get in touch with swoopo suppliers of the Wii consoles www.techsplosion.co.uk,
I telephoned this company which just has answer machine sayin too busy phone later i tried all afternoon long 6pm answer machine says phone office hours 10 -6pm, i am feeling extremley upset and now dont no wot else to do i have sent swoopo a further 3 emails tonight, tomorrow will be day 24 since payment was made to swoopo for this item and surely it must be up to swoopo to follow this up with their supplier and not myself please can you help me to get the item i won grateful for any help you can give me
