Rude staff who refused to give water to two guide dog puppies in training as apparantly have nothing to put it in. PLEASE NOTE IN HAMPTON HILL THEY LEAVE A WATER BOWL OUTSIDE, THIS IS SO RUDE plus the milk in the coffee was sour, and we had to go and get another coffee
