Helpmedownload.com took money from my card i didnt download anything

I just logged onto helpmedownload.com to see if i could get ideas of how to download things for my sons new ipod, i certainly didnt purchase anything, i really need this money back, i didnt buy anything so why should i pay anything!! please help.
