25 September 2012 - order received email

4 October 2012 - payment received email

15 - 25 October 2012 - 6 emails sent to company requesting response, goods or refund

I have dealt with this company twice previously and had really good service. Confident that they were not a scam, I placed the above order for Alvaro Spanish cigars. No response to my last 6 emails after the communication that payment had been received. What has gone wrong with the company? I feel pretty annoyed and just want either my goods or a refund.
