Back in September I made an order for a CD via 101cd.com (also known as blahdvd.com). However, I never received the CD in question, and back then I even made several complaints via email, about paying for and never receiving my CD. It was a order for "Front 242 - Official Version". I paid on the 15th of September and never got any replies or confirmation back or anything concerning this order.
Despite getting in contact with them several times, each time they would fob me off with excuses.
Hopefully I can be reimbursed at some point in the future, as I feel that this company has grossly mistreated me by being arrogant and offering zero customer support.
