I first called this company in Oct after noticing charges of $9.88 a month on my credit card. First they used the name MP3MUSICHQ, and they they Used HELPMEDOWNLOAD. They are the same company. I told them we never signed up for their services. They did issue 6 months of refund and promised the account was cancelled.
Now I see they charged again using HELPMEDOWNLOAD in November and MP3MUSICHQ in December. I called again and they sent an email saying they would refund and cancel. I told them that if it happens again, I will report them to the Stare Attorney General. I also called the credit card company. They will issue me credit but I told them that this company is trying to take advantage of consumers by changing the billing name to see what they get away with. If this continues, I will cancel my credit card if they cannot stop the charges.
