So I gave them 14 working days.
On the 7th October, I mailed them to ask whether my dress has been dispatched. On the 8th I got a mail from Kim confirming that the dress was dispatched.
By the 25th I mailed again, asking for the tracking number so that I can track my parcel, being in South Africa, we have a very poor postal system. No reply from Kim. On the 30th October, I mailed again. No reply from Kim. On the 31st I contacted another mail address on their website and a Yvonne said that Kim has been sick but she cant find a tracking number anywhere, but according to her the dress has been sent. Today is the 6th Of November, still no answer and still no dress.
POOR POOR services. Almost 3 months down the line and I still don't have a dress, tracking number or anything. With a 14days policy I think I deserve the dress and a refund.
