I purchased 2 x tickets for a Westlife concert on 11th Sept on the 11th March I received a mail from [email protected] to say they could not provide the tickets and would refund my money (£125.00) within 28 days - despite sending constant e-mails I still have not received my money - the payment on my bank statement is to 'Dioen' who I cannot trace - can you help please
