Took my Son phone back as not working correctly as only had it a couple of months. Get it sent away to be fixed and so had a phone brought him a cheap one in store, as they so eager to do. Apparently they phone me with the cost of repairs in which I said no to, (NEVER HAD A CALL), then when go back to the Tunbridge Wells store, they are blank and very unhelpful, and all I get is no help until I insist they phone the customer service line, They say you had two calls in which i never had, then get told it is a screen issue, when it was returned you could see the screen working as the complaint not able to make calls. Then the lady in the shop says she not sure what is happening as not clear information, so they say they fix it, agree the fee. Then it takes 2 weeks to return, still not able to use as they not send back the charger, then when i ring yet again send one, then when go to charge not working, but taken the money each month and the repair money. When I phone all I get is not sure so sorry for the inconvenience, but no solution. Stuck in a contract with this shambles of a company. STAY CLEAR they quick to take your money, but slow to stop with after care service. Appalling company, and when ask to speak to some one who can deal with the complaints, ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE
