We've booked air tickets through eDreams from Johannesburg to Maputo. When we checked it on the internet we could not locate it. I've sent them an email to cancel the tickets and now they refuse to refund me my money excluding their fees. They said it is the policy of the airline SAA not to refund the fees if we cancel but as far as I know if you cancel you will lose the commission and a cancellation fee.
