Addpeople promised to improve my Google rankings organically over a 3 month period. They told me that to be "on the safe side" they would carry out the search engine optimization over a 6month period, where after my website would rank highly - in the top positions alongside my competitors. The 6months are almost up and my site is worse off now. I sent Addepople an email requesting my money back. This was blatantly ignored, without explanation of their poor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performance on my site, and when re-sending the email yesterday, I was sent back an impersonal cancellation email - how pathetic. How can Addpeople take money monthly, promise the world in terms of high 1st page rankings, not deliver on their promises and not be held accountable for their lack of ability in carrying out their end of the bargain. I find their lack of service, bizarre attitude and evident inability to perform SEO in the South African wedding photography Google market appalling and I want my money back. This is daylight *******. Had I have spent R10000 on Google Addwords, I would have had allot more business then I have had since August. I feel completely ripped off and helpless
