Refund due no coverage

Staying at Novotel Heathrow, and paid for wifi access using credit card. Could not get any kind of signal, varied between no bar and one bar, so asked for refund. They said refunds are only available to checking account, and won't refund the credit card. The charges will be more than the original bill, so will put down to experience. Buyer Beware! Make sure the signal is good where you are before purchase.
