On two occasions i have not been able to connect to the internet for many days the same problem each time phoned constantly to sort it out either got the phone put down on me or got spoken to with a bad attitide it is there job to deal with problems so should not make me feel that i am in the wrong on second occation i had to solve the problem by buying a new modem wich cost me £80 it should have been provided to me free from them and on some occations when i phoned i was kept on the phone for nearly 2 hours for them to deny there being a problem at all they are completly useless tried to cancel my contract but was told no i could'nt if i did they would charge me £140 and i was not compensated for the days i was off line when i was told i would be.
