On 11th October, I ordered 5litres of SBR (a cement additive) from their website showing as being in stock.
After about ten days it hadn't arrived, so I checked my account on their website and the order was showing as pending.
I emailed, twice, but no reply. I phoned them, a mobile number, and their voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message.
So I have now emailed to say "cancel my order". They have not acknowledged or replied.
They have not taken any funds from my card.
What a shower!!! Remember the name - iNest - Avoid them!!
