Hi. Recently about a month ago I ordered a teeth whitning kit from extreme white on the internet. The offer was a free trial for 3.99 and that's all you pay.
Now recently i noticed 59.99 plus the 3.99 come out of my bank, not once but three times now, and everything i do to try to stop this comes to no avail as they do not reply but still charge.
in the terms and conditions they do state that if you do not send the order back with in ten days then you will be automatically joined as a member and we will keep charging your account every month until you cancel. which all said and done is my fault for not reading their scam thoughrully, but ive tried to cancel so many times and they still charge my bank.
I phoned my bank to stop the payments but they say nothing can be done and that I have to cancel, but I can't. they make it the hardest thing in the world to cancel. they have no number and do not reply to emails.
Please help. as many that ive found have been having the same problems as me all over the internet. they've been conning people for ages.
What do I do?
