Ordered a stone from these people and paid £250 deposit. After a few weeks i tried to contact them by phone and email but no reply. I even rang a company whos address was next door to see if they could help After a few more weeks of constant calls and emails i sent a final one saying i wanted a refund... Got a reply then saying some crap about people leaving (probably because they didnt get paid!!) and Holiday etc with the funniest line ever... do you still want us to go ahead!!!
Never heard any more but i was lucky Mastercard got my money back and im now using a proper company who give a toss and understand that you are ordering with them because you have lost someone close. Contact Lincolnshire Trading Standards and report these jokers
