No refund or exchange

I was in hospital and my auntie came over from ireland to visit me, whiles here she bought me 3 tops all size 6 from h m which came to the value of 80 pound, when I was released from hospital I realized the tops were too small on me for I'd put weight on, so I phoned my auntie who had returned back to ireland for the receipt in which she no longer had so I went to h m in liverpool with the tops and asked them if I could exchange them, so the checkout assistant called for the manager in which he told me I could not exchange them without the receipt for the total of them was 80 pound, so now I am left with 3 tops that don't fit me and my auntie as lost out on 80 pound, I think this is disgusting, I buy most of my clothes from h m and now I am considering to buy from somewere else
