Two part scam: a Jonathan Lewis directing so-called winners to pick up their prizes (415, 000 Pounds GB) in their fictitious office in Newcastle OR redirect themselves to a ghost lawyer David Auld (not the real and honsest one) who then gives directions to send $750 CDN via Western Union to a certain Laurent Lotie, First Avenue House 42-49 High Holborn London, WC1V 6NP England. I have spoken to the true solicitors office in Bedlington Northumberland and they were already aware of scam and mentioned the police are investigating. So, be wary of any notifications from o2 Review Panel. It's a scam!
