Complaint / review / scam report
My basket should have been delivered on 14 February. Today is 28 March. I have been calling almost every day, hearing the same response: your delivery is in the van, will be delivered today. Until now, it has not been.
This is the worst imaginable service; is it possible to sue them??? I would gladly do so!
