Unacceptable Customer Service

In February 2013 I booked 2 tickets on Eurostar at price quoted. 2 days later confirmation received at 30% higher price stating clearly " seats sold out confirming booking on higher class etc". Paid and Complained. No response. Travelled in May and returned in June. Both 2nd Class! Raised with Eurostar who referred me back to Raileurope. Eventual response from raileurope claiming they had never upgraded us to 1st class.
Sent raileurope a copy of their email dated 20th Feb in which they clearly state "but on a higher class of service i.e. 1st Class Full Fare Adult." and proforma invoice stating "REGULAR Class: First".
That was 10 days ago and I have since heard nothing.
Don't ever book with!!
